The client offers entertainment and television subscription service accessible through Google Chromecast devices. With a growing subscriber base of they leverage Shopify for managing subscriptions and device sales, and Klaviyo for managing subscriber to keep them engaged, nurtured and drive conversions in the backend.

When Zapp Tele joined, they had basic email flows set up during launch. These flows lacked personalization, segmentation, and targeted offers, resulting in limited engagement and suboptimal conversion rates.

They now seek to increase revenue by at least 10% by solidifying their retention and lifecycle marketing strategy. This involves revamping their email flows and built custom templates for their team.
